Mrs. Paradise, Kewadin, Dies
Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Paradise, 76, who died Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Carl Swanson in Kewadin, will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Dockery-Wilhelm funeral home. Etc...Burial will be made in Maple Grove cemetery.
Nellie Mitchell was born March 9th, 1875, near Kewadin, and spent her entire life in that community. In 1899 she was married to Thomas Paradise, who died in 1935. She was a member of the Methodist church Ladies' Aid Society and the Rebekah lodge.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Ida Dean, Williamsburg; Mrs. Fern Swanson and Mrs. Josephine Russell, Kewadin; and Mrs. Nellie Ohman, Ludington; two sons, Glenn and Mitchell paradise of Kewadin; 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
