Mrs James Walters - The death of Mrs James M Walters occurred at the family home at Fogel Farm on Monday evening (May 25) at 7:45 o'clock. Some time ago Mrs Walters was stricken with cancer and sixteen weeks ago she was forced to take to her bed. The end had been expected for some time, but was none the less a shock to a wide circle of friends. The deceased, whose maiden name was Miss Rosamond Connelly, daughter of Mr and Mrs J F Connelly, the former deceased, was 47 years of age. She was united in marriage to James M Walters on Sept 22, 1897. No children were born to this marriage. She is survived by her husband, her aged mother, who is lying at the point of death; two brothers, Charles P and Harvey Connelly, who reside in Oklahoma, and two sisters, Mrs James McIntyre of Bolivar, NY, and Mrs A B Brant of Shelmadine Springs. Funeral services over the remains will be held at the family home on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. Rev Victor Bucher of Pleasantville will be in charge. The interment will be made at Pleasantville.
