Wilmer "Nick" Japp, 73, of Kennard died Friday, Feb. 13, 1998, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.
Services were Monday at Grace United Methodist Church in Kennard. Burial was in the Kennard Cemetery.
Mr. Japp attended the Kennard schools and farmed near Kennard for 50 years. The last 20 years he had lived in Kennard with his brother, Lester.
Survivors are two brothers, Lester of Kennard and August of Grand Island, Neb.; three sisters, Carrie Ensign and Ruby Wingate, both of Crystal Lake, Ill. and Elsie Thies of Joplin, Mo.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
