Shelby Jean Wines, 85, of Plainfield, passed away November 26, 2023. She was born September 5, 1938 to the late Winford and Gustava(Hedrick) Withrow in Heizer Creek, West Virginia. She was a homemaker. She was a past member of the Red Hat Society. Shelby is survived by two sons, Dr. James B. Wines and Heath F. Wines; a brother, Herbert (Beth) Withrow; a sister, Linda (Joe) Milbee; three grandchildren, Hannah (Misa) Salazar, Evan Wines and Parker Wines; and two great grandchildren, Alicia and Aiden Salazar. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Wines DDS.
