Thelma's parents were Joseph "Joe" William Price and Jessie Rains Price (buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Ada OK). See their picture to the right.
She married Otho Chambers on October 7, 1933 in Pauls Valley in Garvin County Oklahoma. He passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Jan. 29, 1977. He is buried in the Chowchilla Cemetery. See Thelma top right with her brother Orval Price of Ada, OK.
They had 4 lovely children (see picture to the right), Shirley, Wendy (now deceased), Ellen, and Jess and several precious grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Thelma had 6 siblings: Orval Price buried in Rosedale Cemetery, Ada OK, Gertie Lee Price Long buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Ada OK, Wendell Price buried in Stonewall Cemetery, Condon Price buried in Letitia Cemetery, Eunice Price, and Mary Nell Price. Her Uncle Harvey Price is also buried in Memorial Park in Ada.
Thelma enjoyed raising plants and had a beautiful flower garden at her house before she died.
She was adored by her husband, children, and grandchildren. She is truly missed by all who knew her. She passed away from a stroke.
