Mansel A. Scow, 92, passed away April 4, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He resided at 1864 East Hollywood Avenue (1965 South) in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah at the time of his death.

Born April 12, 1915 in Hurricane, Utah, son of Alfred Mathinus and Annie Bradshaw Scow. Married Nelma Gubler, October 15, 1936. Served a mission with his wife in Canada, worked in the Salt Lake Temple for 10 years and was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

Survived by wife, Nelma; children: M. Arnett (Marie), Eldean (Dave) Eastman, Mary (Richard) Swensen, Keith (Jeneal), Kent (Deanna), Sherry (Tom) Durrant, Alfred (AnnaMarie), Partha (Michael) Dean; 52 grandchildren; 97 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; siblings: Mary Coon, Anna Bowler, R.L. Scow, Thenelda (Gilbert) Reeves, Elda Rae (DeLloyd) Hammond; sister-in-law, Edith Scow. Preceded in death by brothers; Estelvin and Glen; sister, Myrle.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 12:00 noon at the Mountain View 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, 1889 South 1700 East. A Viewing will be held Friday from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the Church from 11-11:45 a.m.
Interment: Lake Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
