She was born in Metcalf, IL on January 30, 1941, the daughter of the late Joseph and Naomi (Bartlett) Pugh. Nola was raised in Parke County, IN and graduated from Grange Corner School.
Nola worked at R.R. Donnelley in Crawfordsville for forty years until her retirement.
Nola enjoyed raising flowers and reading.
She was formerly married to Jack Parker, who preceded her in death in 2004.
Nola leaves behind two daughters; nine sisters; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandchild; one brother, John Bartlett; and two sisters, Beverly MacNorton and Madge Gill.
A celebration of Nola's life will be held at a later date in Rush Creek Cemetery in Tangier, IN.
