She was born Aug. 17, 1908, in Surry County to the late Paul A. and Lou Forrest Marion.
Mrs. Fulk was a homemaker and a farmer and the oldest living member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Fulk is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law: Betty F. and Melvin Tucker of Pinnacle, Dorothy F. Benton of Pinnacle, and Faye F. and Carlos Sams of Pilot Mountain; two sons and daughters-in-law: the Rev. Joseph Marion and Lucy Fulk of Kannapolis, and Jackie Dale and Carolyn Fulk of Pinnacle; a daughter-in-law, Patricia B. Fulk, of Pinnacle; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; five sisters and brother-in-law: Opal Marion of Pinnacle, Ruth Miller of Siloam, Ona Atkins of Pilot Mountain, Jesse Gray Mitchell of Pinnacle, and Wilma and Calvin Tucker of Pinnacle; and a brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Doris Marion, of Pinnacle.
Mrs. Fulk was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Claude Fulk; her parents; a son, Jacob Wade Fulk; and four sisters: Sally Simmons, Mabel Fulk, Frankie Marion, and Joyce Martin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, June 2, at Fairview United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Amy Coles and the Rev. Joe Fulk, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
At 5:30 p.m. today, June 1, Mrs. Fulk will be taken to Fairview United Methodist Church, where she will remain until the hour of service.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today, June 1, at Fairview United Methodist Church, and at other times at Dorothy Benton's home at 776 Shoals Road, Pinnacle.
The Fulk family is being served by Cox-Needham Funeral Home, Pilot Mountain.
