Mrs. Margaret Christine Ratliff, 76, a resident of Lake City, FL. died Sunday, April 16, 2000 at the Lake Shore Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Ratliff was a lifelong resident of Lake City, Florida and was the daughter of the late Rufus and Lydia Albritton Berritt. She was a member of the New Beginning Fellowship Church, Lake City, Florida. She is preceded in death by her son, Robert Earl Ratliff, and daughter, Judy Darlene McLean and her husband, Charles Owen Ratliff.
Survivors include six daughters; Sherrel and (Larry) Corbett, Jacksonville, FL., Jean and (Alan) McCloud, Lake City, Joann and (Paul) Terrell, Lake City, Sandra and (Kenneth) Harden, Lake City, Debbie and (Ricky) Thomas, Lake City, Heidi and (Jim) Wells, Lake City; four sons; Billy Long, Macclenny, Florida, Richard (Anne) Ratliff, Lake City, Roger and (Connie) Ratliff, Lake City, Benjamin H. Ratliff, Lake City,FL. Thirty two grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Ratliff will be Tuesday, April 18, at 11 A.M. in the Sherrill-Guerry Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Forest Combs officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Monday, April 17 at the Funeral Home. Sherrill-Guerry Funeral Home, 616 S. Marion St., Lake City, Florida is in charge of all arrangements.
