JoAnn was the daughter of the late Charles Owen and Margaret Christine Ratliff. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, 2 sons, 1 daughter, 1 brother & sister-in-law, 3 sisters & brother-in-laws, grandchildren & great-grandchildren.(Names of living withheld per findagrave guidelines)
She is preceded in death by brothers Richard Ratliff (Ann), Earl Ratliff (Patty) and Billy Long; sisters Sandy Harden (Kenny) and Judy Ratliff McClean; grandchildren Ashley Nicole Terrell and Ruben Thomas, III.
JoAnn was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord and ensured her family knew Christ. A member of Heaven Central Church she enjoyed gardening, fishing, card games and making blankets for her children and grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted July 8, 2018 at at Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home Chapel; Interment was held at Oak Grove Cemetery north of Lake City.
