Donald H Stanley, 71 Horton, died Monday, April 20, 1998 at the Horton Community Hospital. He was a Sgt. in the U.S. Army Air Force for 20 years.

He was born Nov. 10, 1926 in Horton the son of Daniel and Ruby (Kenady) Stanley.

Mr. Stanley is a veteram of World War II.
Survivors include four brothers, Daniel Stanley, Kansas City, MO, Jack Stanley, Omak, WA, Lawrence Stanley, St. Joe. MO., Sherman Stanley, Independence, MO; one sister, Louise Gilliland, Federal Way, WA; numberous nieces and nephews.

He was preeded in death by three brother John, Jim and Joe Stanley and one sister, Frances Stanley. Graveside serveces were held at the Horton Cemetery on Monday, April 27, 1998 at 11:00 a.m.

The Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton was in charge of arraingements.
