Carroll Eugene Moyer, 86, of Shenandoah, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023.

He was born on May 2, 1937, in Luray and was the son of the late Raymond Moyer and Ina Pearl Judd Moyer.

On September 18, 1960, he married Brenda Joy Kern Moyer.

He was preceded in death by five brothers, Kenneth, Glyndon, Douglas, Nelson, and Robert Moyer; and five sisters, Kathleen Graves, Elsie Griffith, Betty Lawson, Shirley Long, and Dorothy Purdham.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife; two daughters, Pamela Lilly of Elkton, and Laura Rodgers of Shenandoah; a son, Tim Moyer of Shenandoah; a sister, Anna Lou Moyer of Luray; a brother, James "Jim" Moyer of Luray; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, at the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray by the Rev. James Kite.
