Helen Louise Gardner (Dodds), of Dallas, Oregon, passed away Nov. 14, 2022 of natural causes. She was born September 23,1938 in Lakeshore, Utah to John Henry Dodds and Mary Amelia (Hone) Dodds. She grew up and attended schools in the Lakeshore area.

On June 29,1956 she married Gary Ray Gardner in Idaho Falls and later on they divorced.

Helen was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Family was very important to her; she especially loved being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved reading, crafting, painting, cooking/baking and shopping.

Survivors include brother Tommy (Tom) Dodds, her children, Sindy Rae Sirpless, Danny John Gardner and Carie Ann Sherman, 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her youngest son Randy Scott Gardner.

Helen was well loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Services will be on Monday December 5, 2022 at 12:30 pm at Watersprings Church, 4250 South 25th East, Idaho Falls.
