Anthony A. Herbort of Fredericksburg passed away on Monday, May 29th at the age of 75 years. He was born on August 1st, 1947 in Fredericksburg, Texas to Alvin Emil and Clara Lina Schmidt Herbort

Anthony is survived by Sister: Lila Mae, Mrs. Edwin Beyer Jr. of Fredericksburg; brother: Bobby Lee and Elsie Herbort of Wyoming; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents: Alvin and Clara Schmidt Herbort; sister and husband: Julia and Jackie Goehmann; brother: Jerry Charles Herbort.

The family will have a visitation on Thursday, June 1st from 1 to 2 P.M. in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg with a Funeral Service at 2 P.M. with the Rev. Theodore Bodjanac officiating. Graveside services with military honors will follow in the Der Stadt Friedhof.

Pallbearers: Laramie Welch, Lincoln Welch, Cody Beyer, Chris Beyer, Barret Kalle, Bri Hickmann, Chase Crouch and Kristopher "Biff" Grobe.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given in his memory to the Votive Hospice, Shepherd of the Hill Lutheran Church or to the charity of your choice.
