Barbara (Hogenmiller) Bowser, 57, of Johnston Avenue, Kittanning, died Thursday, May 25, 2000 at the Kittanning Care Center, Kittanning RD1. She was born May 7, 1943 in Washington Township to Earl and Blanche (Toy) Hogenmiller. Mrs. Bowser was employed at Dizzy Lizzie's in Kittanning for 25 years. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Adrian RD1. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Bowser of Kittanning and Steven Hogenmiller of St. Paul, Minn.; three daughters, Anita Bowser and Christina Bowser, both of Clarion and Amanda Bowser of Kittanning; nine grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Margaret) Stanford of Bud Lake, N.J. and Mary Ann Brown of Kittanning. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John A. Bowser, who died in 1995; and three brothers, Frank, William and Robert E. Hogenmiller. BOWSER – There will be no public visitation for Barbara (Hogenmiller) Bowser, 57, of Johnston Avenue, Kittanning, who died May 25, 2000. Funeral services will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Adrian RD1 at 3 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Sue Irons, officiating. Interment will take place in the Croyle Cemetery, East Franklin Township. Arrangements are by Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Inc., A Forethought Member, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning.
