She is survived by a son, Thomas Eugene Healea, a daughter, Maxine Spilmon, two stepsons, Ronald Adcock and Larry Adcock two stepdaughters, Marilyn Williams and Sharon Stewart, two sisters, Ruth Puffer and Wilma Sommer, five grandchildren, several step-grandchildren four great-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Mrs. Healea-Adcock worked in the dietary department at Jackson Heights Nursing Home in Farmer City for 20 years.
