After attending school in Athol, Albert moved to Lawrence then to Haverhill, MA. He worked as a Western Union operator. In 1933 he married Florence Graves. After her death in 1957, he moved to Salem, NH and worked as a race track cashier. Albert enjoyed both deer and pheasant hunting and had a gun collection. He died of heart failure.
