Obituary - Joseph F. Shurtz - Camas, Feb 6.-(Special)-Joseph France Shurtz, 69, died Saturday morning at his home here following an extended illness. Born in Kanarraville, Utah, April, 1863, he later moved to Idaho, and less than a year ago came to Camas to make his home. While in Utah he was married to Miss Annie Elizabeth Campbell.

Besides his widow he is survived by four sons, Joseph of Hagerman, Ida., Sheldon of Jerome, Ida., William of Gooding, Ida., and Elba of Camas; and nine daughters, Mrs. Max Ehras and Miss Laura Shurtz of Camas, Mrs. Josephine Shurtz of Godding, Ida., Mrs. Wanda Hoskins and Mrs. Margaret Baggas of Gervale, Ore., Mrs. Anna Cornnett of Buckwin, Kan., Mrs. Olive blunt of Jerome, Ida., and Mrs. Rose Jenkins of Rochester, Wash.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Stoller funeral home.

We desire to thank our many firends for their kindness, words of sympathy and floral offerings in our late sorrow.
