Mrs. Frances Bowers Faulkner, age 85 of Mt. Olivet Road in Hartwell, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at NHC Healthcare, Anderson, S.C.
She was born April 27, 1937 in Hartwell to the late Seaborn Ellis Bowers and Lillie Carnes Bowers. Frances was a homemaker and member of Reed Creek Baptist Church.
Left to cherish her memories are her sister, Carolyn Reid of Hartwell, Ga., and brother, George Bowers of Hartwell, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene F. Faulkner; children, George Michael Geddings and Sherri Lynn Geddings; siblings, Derwood Bowers, Dennis Bowers, James Bowers, Eula Mae Thrasher, Ruby Nell Tucker, Judson Bowers, Thomas Bowers, Arnold Bowers and Annie Ruth Madden.
The family will greet friends on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 12-1 at the funeral home and following the visitation, a brief committal and burial service will follow at Nancy Hart Memorial Park with Pastor Grant Myerholtz officiating.
