Anna Faye Adkins 73 of Hillsboro passed from this life, surrounded by her family, at 4:38 pm Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Clinton Memorial Hospital. She was born March 26, 1947 in Ross County and she is the daughter of the late John R. and Mallie J. (Keaton) Adkins.

She is survived by her children; Bryan Adkins (Kay Campbell), Douglas Ward Adkins, Tamara (Mike) Florea, Grage Perrin and Jake (Hope) Monroe. Grandchildren; Jami (Craig) Short, Mylah and Victoria Adkins, Chad (Regan) Florea, Thomas (Kimi) Florea, Charlie (Kilie) Florea, Ronnie Florea, Ashley (Chris) Smith, and Michael Williamson. Great grandchildren Kennedy, Kadie, Grant, Graclyn, Henry, Raelyn, Abigail, and Josie. Brothers John Adkins, Donnie (Shirley) Adkins and Lonnie (Norma) Adkins; numerous nieces, nephews, and a special friend Jeanne.

In addition to her parents Anna was preceded in death by nine siblings.

Anna was a mother to many through the years and all of her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She enjoyed puzzles, playing cards, and movies.

The family will hold a celebration of life at East Monroe United Methodist Church Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 11 am to 1 pm with a brief service following.
