Kathryn H. Prescott passed away peacefully at home in the arms of her family Wed., February 6, 2008. Kathryn was born November 3, 1924, in Spanish Fork, Utah, to Edgar Charles and Eliza R. Thompson Hallam. She married Lorin Leland Prescott on November 3, 1944. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on March 19, 1957. She is survived by her children: Glade (Carmen) Prescott and Lois Prescott; grandchildren: Collins (Heather) Prescott, Jenny (Daniel) Pettingill, Toni (Joe) Kovach; great-grandchildren: Kylee, Coy, Gage, and Michael; sister Ella Thornton. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, seven brothers: George, Waldo, Elwood, John, Lee, Ted, George, Charles; sister: Thelma. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 9 at 11:00 a.m. at the Francis LDS 1st Ward, 385 E. 2200 S., in Francis. Viewings will be held Friday night from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and then again Saturday morning from 10:00-11:00 a.m., both at the church. Interment will be at the Francis Cemetery.
