Alice Watkins Weseman, 92, died Wednesday, May 5, 1999, at her home.

She was born in Putnam Hall and came to Keystone Heights from Titusville. She was a former member of the Gainesville Golf and Country Club, Royal Oaks Golf and Country Club-Titusville, a former member of the PEO Club and a longtime member of the Gainesville Womans Gold Association. She was very family oriented. She attended Paran Baptist Church, which was founded by her great-granddad.

She was preceded in death by her husband, G. Warner Weseman and son, William D. Weseman.

She is survived by her son, Warner W. Weseman of Gainesville; brother, J. Carson Watkins of Palatka; sisters, Edna Alderman of Grandin and Ruth Lee of Palatka; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m. at Paran Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Lee conducting the services. Burial will follow in Paran Baptist Church Cemetery in Grandin.

Williams-Thomas Funeral Home in Gainesville is handling arrangements.
