Sp4 Farrell Leo Brewer was a casualty of the Vietnam Era. As a member of the Army, Sp4 Brewer served our country until September 15, 1968 in High Point, North Carolina, while he was home on leave from Vietnam. He was 22 years old and was not married. It was reported that Farrell died from an automobile accident. His body was recovered. Sp4 Brewer is not on the Vietnam Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.
Sp4 Farrell Leo Brewer was home on leave from Vietnam when he was killed in a car accident. His place of birth was High Point. He went to Brentwood Elementary School, Ferndale Junior High School, and played football for High Point Central as a running back. His twin brother, Darrell, was a lineman. He lived off of East Green Street.
He is the Son of Mr Guy K Brewer and Miss Pauline Frazier.
He served with Delta Company, 91st Engineer Battalion, 197th Infantry Brigade, USARV.
He was awarded The Vietnam Service Medal, The Republic of Vietnam Campaign Service Medal, The National Defense Service Medal and The Good Conduct Medal.
