He was born January 7, 1910, Marysvale, Utah to Joseph Alvin and Lauralette Rappleye Bell. He married Elizabeth Clara Riley, July 23, 1934, in Richfield, Utah.
Surviving family members include his wife, Clara, St. George; three sons and one daughter, Clair F. Bell, West Covina, Calif.; James R. Bell, Sandy; David L. Bell, Jerome, Idaho; Donnette L. Degen, Santa Clara; 17 grnadchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Steele, Benjamin; Katherine Cook, Orem.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 25, 1991, 11 a.m., Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 West St. George Blvd., where Friends may call Sunday evening 7-8 p.m. and again Monday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to Services.
Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, Sandy, Tuesday, November 26, 1 p.m. Friends may call at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, one hour prior to Interment.
