Rollan Allred Dies in Utah
A former Fairview resident, Rollan L. Allred, 67, of Ogden died Thursday of last week. Funeral services held Monday at the Hyrum, Utah First Ward Chapel were attended by a number of relatives from Star Valley, Mr Allred was well known here, and lived a substantial part of his life here.
He was born Jan 5, 1889, in St. Charles, Idaho, the son of Medwin and Maria Stock Allred. He married Edith A. Israelson Oct. 5, 1916 in the Salt Lake Temple. She died in 1947. He was a carpenter and farmer, a member of the LDS Church, active in dramatics and Sunday School.
