Beloved Mother and Grandmother passed away at age 81 on January 6, 2008. She was born on February 4, 1926, the 3rd of 14 children to George and Laver Burton in Levan, Utah. Married Stan Butts, had two children, later divorced. Married John James Leonard Sr., had seven more children. Her greatest joy was being with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who know her. Survived by her family: Brent (Marge) Butts, John Jr. (Arla) Leonard, Robert (Joan) Leonard, of California, Diane (Gildardo) Velazquez, Kathy Woodard, 19 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, five sisters and seven brothers of the Burton Family. Preceded in death by her husband John Leonard, sons Stan Butts, Edward, David, Joseph (Joey) Leonard, grandson Steven Butts, Parents George and Laver Burton and sister Boni Kramer. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
