LEGATE - Mrs. Sally Legate, 58, of 708 East Eighth, died Thursday at General hospital. Mrs. Legate was born in Lexington, MO, and had lived there until moving to Kansas City five years ago. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist church.
She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Vasnier, Excelsior Springs, Mrs. Hazel Reade, Lexington and Mrs. Edna Strader, 3602 East Seventy-fifth; two sons, Thomas
Legate, Lexington and Walter Legate, Fort Riley, KS; two brothers, Leonard Jennings, Wellington, MO and Dee Jennings, Lexington and two sisters, Mrs. Tode Grass, Kansas City, and Mrs. Gertrude Kent, Spokane, WA. Funeral services will be at 3 o'clock Sunday at the Crunk-Walker chapel, Lexington; burial will be in Lexington.
