Philadelphia Inquirer-June 28, 1918-DEMANDS ACCOUNTING-A.N. Kissinger, Reading, Sued by Woman Partner
READING, Pa.,-June 27-Abraham N. Kissinger, a wealthy citizen, was made defendant in an equity suit brought today by Mrs. Mary A. Dick, of this city, who demands an accounting and a dissolution of the storage house business in which they were engaged, under the name of Kissinger Storage House Company.
Mrs. Dick alleges that the partnership was formed in January, 1916, and that she paid almost $2000 for a half interest. She says it was agreed that the profits were to be equally divided, but that since the partnership was formed she has not received any money and has had no say in the management. NOTE: A.N. Kissinger was the brother-in-law of Mary Ann Dick. Her late husband's brother.
