Wilson Henry was born in Westmoreland County, PA and was found on the 1840 census in Kiskiminetas Township, Armstrong County as a young married man.
Next to him lived Samuel Henry, an older man who may be his father.
Wilson and his wife had 1 young son at that time, probably Samuel, the oldest child on the 1850 census.
In 1850 the family lived in Indiana Township with 6 children. They had at least 9 children in all. The family stayed and farmed in Indiana Township between 1860 and 1870, when their son Joseph served in the Civil War.
By 1880 Joseph and his family were living in Sharpsburg, but Wilson cannot be found either in Sharpsburg or Indiana Township.
According to Greenwood records, Wilson died in Sharpsburg at age 84. His cause of death was listed as old age. He was interred on August 23, 1899.
