Patricia Ann Hazlewood, 76, of West Memphis, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022, at Willowbend Nursing Home in Marion, Arkansas. She was born in to A.E. ''Buster'' and Annie Cole on October 10, 1945. Patricia loved to play bunco and attended the 1st Methodist Church of West Memphis.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene ''Butch'' Hazlewood; brothers, Paul Cole and Wilburn Cole; sister, Helen Cole Ward; and great grandchildren, Jack Williams and Jill Williams.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Paige (Lee) Moore of Marion; grandchildren, Kayla Moore, Taylor Moore and Peyton Moore; great grandchild, Rhett Moore; sister, Ruby Cole Branson of Jonesboro; brother-in-law, Michael Hazlewood of Cordova, TN; and two special nieces, Cindy Hannah and Gena Huett both of Jonesboro.
Chapel services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, March 28, 2022, at Roller Citizens Funeral Home 201 N. Pine, West Memphis, AR with Lee Moore officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 PM at the pavilion at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
Visitation will precede the service from 12-2 PM.
