Griffis Thornton; John; Henry Jackson; Cecelia Griffis Altman Casteen; Charles W; Ardella Griffis Thornton; Mary A. "Mozelle" Griffis Thomas and Sarah Isabell Griffis Murray. The father of: Lester; Addie M. Griffis Hall; Miranda Griffis Thornton;Miley Griffis Hand; Nelson W; Archie; Rufus; Dilly Griffis; Millard Odum. William Daniel died in May 1915 and his buried on the Old Daniel griffis Homeplace in K'Ville, Georgia. There is a homemade slab in the Big Creek cemetery in K'Ville, Georgia with the name "Laur" and date 7/7/1941 that is believed to be the grave of Daniel's wife, Laura Thompson Griffis who died in 1941.
