Clifford Joseph McKenry, Jr., 51 of 2910 Davies Drive, died yesterday in the Baptist Hospital. Born in Wilkinsburg, Pa., he was a son pf Clifford Joseph McKenry and Rose Anna Adams McKenry.
He was a veteran of the Korean conflict and the Vietnam War, retiring in 1971 as a sergeant. Mr.
McKenry joined the Columbia Police Department in 1971 and retired as a corporal in 1983.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bessie Pearl Marks McKenry; a daughter, Mrs. Karen Harakal of Boyertown, Pa.; a son, Russell McKenry of Columbia; his father of Trafford, Pa.; three brothers, William McKenry of Ellenwood, Ga., John McKenry of Abington, Pa., and Alfred DiMond of Holiday, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Anna Mae Gigliotti of Trafford.
Plans will be announced by Talbert-Shives Funeral Home.

Burial will be at 4 p. m. Thursday in Magnolia Park, Warner Robins, Ga., with military honors.
Mr. McKenry, 51, of 3910 Davies Drive, died Sunday in the Baptist Medical Center.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Oncology Unit at Baptist Medical Center.
Friends may call tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock at the funeral home.
