GLADYS HUNT, 81, of Wheaton Street, retired receptionist-secretary for the former U.S. Rubber Co. and the Bristol County Medical Center, died Wednesday at home. She was the wife of the late Charles N. Hunt.
Born in Bristol, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Antoinette (Dansereau) Rische.
Mrs. Hunt was a lifelong resident of Warren.
She leaves three sons, Charles N. Hunt Jr. of Fairbanks, Alaska, Nicholas E. Hunt of Westport, Mass., and John A. Hunt of Warren; a daughter, Lisbeth A. Mitchell of Swansea; a sister, Marguerite Dubiel of Fall River; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8 a.m. in the William J. Smith & Son Funeral Home, 15 Church St., followed by a service in the home at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Portsmouth Town Cemetery.
