Samuel and Jenny were charter members of the Mt. Pleasant (Primitive Baptist) Church near Burnt Prairie. Both Samuel and Jenny died 1845 in White Co., IL and are buried in Burnt Prairie (White) IL. Samuel and Jenny had children Philip C., James, Adam, and Elizabeth.
