He is survived by his wife, Erma Ruth Barker and one daughter, Sheron Merry, both of Kingman, 2 grandchildren and one great grandchild of California; 2 brothers, Fred of Cornville, Arizona, and A.T. (Chick) of Sayre, Oklahoma; 4 sisters, Vera Byers of Truxton, Arizona, Leora Sullenberger of Sayre, Oklahoma, Creda Miller of Erick, Oklahoma, and Ruth Hughes of Reydon, Oklahoma, and a niece and nephew and many friends.
