Charles Clayborn Eoff, a farmer, was the son of Linzy Eoff and Martha Missouri Mills. He married Lucinda C Parrish February 26, 1893. Their children were Chester Manly Eoff, Rufus Russel Eoff, Floyd Emmett Eoff and Paul Charles Eoff. He lived his youth in Framklin Co, Missouri but had settled in Knox Co, Missouri some time before 1900 where he raised his family and lived out his life. He was preceded in death by his wife, 5 brothers and one sister and at death had 10 grandchildren & 16 great-grandchildren.
