  PROVO -- Rex Perry, 1-year-old son of P. Burnell and Alene Hawkins Perry, died at the family residence in Provo Tuesday evening. The child was born in Provo, July 28, 1930. Surviving are the parents, grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Parley Perry, of Mapleton, and William E. Hawkins, of Provo.
  Funeral services will be held in the Mapleton ward chapel Friday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen cemetery.
