Lois Campbell, 59, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Alway formerly of Citrus Heights, died Jan. 13 in Salida, Colo. Sisters and brothers living in this area are Burnace Tomkins, Richard M. Alway, Robert A. Alway, and Mrs. Catherine Beauregard, formerly of Citrus Heights but now of Simi. Sisters-in-law are Laura B. Alway, Ella Alway and Dorothy Alway of Roseville and Citrus Heights. Final rites were in Colorado.

She graduated from Salida High School in Salida, CO with the Class of 1935 as did her sister Catherine. She married Barney Campbell on November 20, 1935 in Leadville, CO. In the 1940 census, she & Barney, along with their 7-month-old daughter, Bonnie were living in Ohio City, Gunnison County, CO.
