Born on January 2, 1946 in Richmond, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Lester & Dorothy Mae (O'Dell) Armstrong. Peggy loved music and dance, especially "the oldies". Preceded in death by brother: Richard Armstrong in 1997; sister: Delores Rhoades in 1998.
Survived by son & daughter-in-law: Jeff & Tiffany Ashley of Cincinnati, Ohio; brothers & sisters-in-law: James L.
