PIONEER FARMER DIES
Edward M. Casey, 71, Resided in Wichita Community Half Century
Edward M. Casey, 71, 445 Bebe, retired farmer, died Monday in a local hospital. He had been a resident in Wichita, or vicinity, for more than 50 years, coming here from Cowley county. He was a member of the West Side Christian church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Paul Hadley, 1228 North St. Paul, a sister, Mrs. Ida M. Duncan, Preston, Iowa, and a brother, Charles H. Casey, Greenfield, Iowa.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Jones mortuary.

CASEY -- Funeral services for Edward M. Casey, 445 Bebe, retired farmer and a resident of Wichita for the past 40 years, will be at the Jones Funeral Home, 1819 West Douglas, at 2 p.m. Thursday, with Rev. Ray Burgess officiating. Burial in the Greenwood cemetery at Oatville.
