Mrs. Eliza M. Hamilton died at her home in Jerseyville Wednesday morning after a brief illness at the age of 83 years.
She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Bertha M. Cockrell of Omaha Nebr., Mrs. Rose Brown of Victor, Kans., Silas E. Hamilton of Hays, Kans., John J. Hamilton of Grand Junction, Colo., Fred W. Hamilton of Robinson, Ill., Paul M. Hamilton and Margaret Hamilton of Jerseyville.
Funeral services will be held from the residence Friday afternoon at 3 o’clock, Rev. H. S. Farrell officiating. Interment in Oak Grove cemetery.
