Marshall Bruce Trasher, 65, of Greer, SC, was ushered by two angels into the presence of God, September 28, 2021. He is home.
A native of Woodruff, he was the son of the late Levy Jefferson and Elza Grubbs Thrasher. Marshall was an avid artist and loved to paint angels. He also loved to fish!
Marshall was married to Jimmie Lou Smothers Thrasher for 47 years. They have two sons, Jason Bruce (Melissa) and James Brad (Sonya). His greatest joy was his family, especially his grandchildren, Rachael, Elizabeth, Elly, Jonathan and Cody.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 4, 2021 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. at The Wood Mortuary in Greer.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 4, 2021, at Wood Memorial Park.
