Two sisters of Mrs McCaffrey, Mrs W.J. Riley and Mrs Michael McGan of Galesburg, Ill, who have been visiting Mrs McCaffrey just left Maryville yesterday noon. Mrs Riley has telegraphed she will be here tomorrow morning to attend the funeral.
Mrs McCaffrey was born Feb 15, 1851 at MacComb, Ill, and came to Nodaway County with her husband, P.H. McCaffrey, in 1892. Mr McCaffrey died here on April 10, 1898. Five children survive, being Mrs George B. McVey of Lamar, Colo, Mrs Tom O'Brien of Conception Junction, and Mrs Joe Leuck, Charles F. McCaffrey and J.H. McCaffrey of Maryville.
Funeral services will be held at the St Patrick's Church Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock to be conducted by the Rev Father Henry F. Niemann.
