DIED - At her home in Grant township, Boone county, Iowa, Friday, August 28, 1896, Inga Lisa Hall, wife of Gabriel Hall, aged 64 years, 7 months, 7 days.
Mrs. Hall was born in Horn Församling, Östergötlands Län, Sweden, Jan. 21, 1832, and was married to Gabriel Hall Feb. 27, 1857, and emigrated to this country, arriving in August 1870. They have had eight children, seven of them are still living and all except one were present at her funeral. She was sick for about eleven months and gradually faded away to the end. She was a good woman who was highly respected by all her neighbors and her loss will be deeply regretted. She was buried in Lawn Cemetery in Grant Center, Sunday, August 30. Her funeral was preached at the Grant Center church by Rev. Christenson, his text being taken from the 39th Psalm. There was a large congregation present to pay their last respects to this good neighbor and friend.
