Callie Hilda Johnson Smith was born March 30, 1943 in DeQuincy, Louisiana and passed away August 28, 2021 at the age of 78.
She is survived by her children, Arlis Lynn Smith of Starks, Vonda Jo Smith of Weatherford, Texas and Denise "BeBe" Lake of Starks; 5 grandchildren, Candace, Blake, Victoria, Amber and Tanner and numerous great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Caroll Elton Johnson and wife Helen, Lloyd Morgan Johnson and sister, Jo Allen Granger and husband, James.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Lee Smith, grandson, Jason Stanley; parents, Barney Johnson and Johnnie Willa Siau Johnson; brothers, John David Johnson and Clyde Memphis Johnson and sister, Janice Linda Johnson Boggs.
The family will receive friends from 9 - 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Calvary Apostolic Church, Starks, Louisiana. The funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Apostolic Church, Starks, Louisiana. Pastor Jeremy Shields will officiate. Interment will follow at the Miller Annex, Starks, Louisiana.
