Formerly known as Harris County John Doe, and along with his wife, Harris County Jane Doe, collectively, the Harris County Does, this 1981 murder victim was identified in October 2021 by Misty Gillis of Identifinders International as Harold Dean Clouse, son of Donna Ruth Allen and Harold Dean Clouse, Sr. "Junior" was born June 7, 1959 in Fayette County, KY and was married to his Tina Gail Linn on June 25, 1979 in Volusia County, Florida.

His date of death is marked as January 1, 1981 due to the unknown circumstances surrounding this murder.
