Alice Marie (Martin) Johnson, 92 of Middleton, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Agace HospiceCare. She was born May 15, 1929, in Soldier's Grove, to Harvey and Effie Martin.
Alice married Clair "Bud" Johnson on August 26, 1948, in Belmont, Wis. Alice loved to be with family and friends. She was a kind and giving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She met many of her lifelong friends while playing golf at Pleasant View Golf Course in Middleton where she started the women's league in the 1960s. Golf took her on many enjoyable trips with her dear friend, Jane Stein.
She is survived by her two children, daughter, Cindy (Jack) O'Keefe and son, Charles (Lynda) Johnson; grandchildren, Aaron and Nathan O'Keefe, Jessica (Jeff) Young, Adam (Melanie) Narish, Casey (Cara) Narish, and Abi (Nick) Kemske; and five great-grandchildren.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Effie Martin; her husband, Bud Johnson; and sisters, Frances (Bob) Bennett, Darlene (Keith) Buroker, Elaine (Harold) Lettman, Gloria Davis and Betty (Cecil) Long.
