---Helen was born on February 6, 1941, in Pueblo, CO, the daughter of Henry Fuhrman and Elsie VanDyke. She was united in marriage to Jackie Laverne Richardson on June 11, 1960 in New Boston, MO. Helen enjoyed her animals and especially her great grandson.
---Helen is survived by her two children, LaDoni Gail Richardson and her fiancé Jim Garrigus of Bevier, MO, and Robert Laverne Richardson and his wife Tina of Bucklin, MO; one granddaughter, Patricia McCollum of Bevier, MO; one great-grandson, Remington McCollum; one sister, Sue Morris of Columbia, MO; and several other family members.
---She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jackie, on June 13, 1996.
---Funeral service will be 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, MO. Burial will be in the Richardsdale Cemetery in Bevier. Visitation will be Saturday afternoon at 12:00 pm, until the time of the service, at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the National Federation of the Blind of Missouri.
