Mr. Reaska was born Nov. 17, 1931, the son of George and Maude Skaggs Reaska. He married Lorraine E. Mickelson on Nov. 1, 1952, in Duluth, Minn. She preceded him in death.
Surviving is a daughter, Lynne (Mitchell) Carter of Peoria; one grandson, Kyle Simer; and a great-granddaughter, Kylie; one brother, William Reaska of Cedar Point, Ill.; three sisters, Cecilia Cimei of Magnolia, Ill., Verla Jesolowski of Streator, Ill., and Mary Lutes of Ladd, Ill.
He was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Reaska; and a sister.
Mr. Reaska served in the United States Air Force for 20 years as a communications specialist. Later he worked for Fort Transfer in Morton, Ill., for 20 years, retiring in 1991.
Private family services will be held in the Magnolia Cemetery.
