Don Lamarr Hunt is the son of Donnetta Lufkin and Frank Elroy Hunt. He and his wife Judith married and raised four beautiful children.

Don LaMarr Hunt Sr., 46, who worked for Del Heap Realty Co., Mesa, died Friday, Oct. 3, in the Mesa Lutheran Hospital.

Mr. Hunt, 1110 W. 10th Place, was a native of Pine and lived in Mesa most of his life, graduating from Mesa High School. He was a member of Mesa 25th Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, serving as high priest and as a member of the Pine bishopric for 3 years, and was a counselor in MIA and advisor in the Aaronic Priesthood. He was also a member of the Sertoma Club.

Survivors include his wife Judith; a son, Don LaMarr Jr., daughters, Julie, Donnetta and Eva Jo all of Mesa; two brothers, Frank L of Valentine, Arizona and A. Lufkin of Pine.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Mesa 25th Ward, 848 N. Westwood. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N. Macdonald. Graveside services will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday in Pine.
